Hollow Hill Equestrian Center is a family-friendly, affordable riding, boarding and training facility located in beautiful Middlebury, CT. Our brand new facility is now open, with 42 10x12 stalls, separate tack room for boarders, round pen, outdoor ring, indoor ring and a viewing room to come. Call for more details on the new barn!
Owned and run by Britt Heggland, a multiple Western Trail champion, Hollow Hill specializes in teaching children not just how to ride, but how to be good horsepeople. Students are encouraged to "hang out" at the barn and learn about horse care. Whether they want to ride for pleasure or become a serious horseperson, Hollow Hill gives them the tools they need to succeed. Hollow Hill riders are regulars at the largest American Quarter Horse Show--the Quarter Horse Congress--and have competed in the AQHA Level 1 Championships. Come ride with us and see what makes us special.
